Epoch Homes NW is a custom home builder based in East Wenatchee, Washington.
Epoch Homes NW was founded by Loren Lambert, a Washington general contractor and licensed master electrician. Loren's career in construction spans more than 20 years in Washington and Wyoming. He started in the electrical trade and grew into general contracting, renovation, site development and complete homebuilding.
Epoch is the company he founded to apply that experience to whole homes: better-built, well-managed projects at prices that stay attainable.
One team coordinating every stage, so the finished home is in mind from the first decision.
Whether Epoch builds an entire home or one part of a larger project, the standard is the same: do the work right, communicate clearly, and build something we are proud to put our name on.
Based in East Wenatchee, we build throughout North Central Washington and across the Cascades, including the Puget Sound region and Kitsap Peninsula. Have a project elsewhere in Washington? Let’s talk.
