Epoch Homes NW is a custom home builder based in East Wenatchee, Washington.
Epoch Homes NW was founded by Loren Lambert, a Washington general contractor with more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience across Washington and Wyoming.
Loren is a licensed master electrician, and that is where he started. He built his career from the trade outward — working hands-on in construction, general contracting, renovations, site development and ultimately complete homebuilding.
That breadth of experience shaped the reason Epoch exists. Epoch was started to deliver a better-built product, manage projects more effectively, and create quality homes at prices that remain attainable.
Most homes are built by a dozen companies who never meet each other — we started Epoch to build them the other way.
That means understanding the whole project instead of just one stage of it. Decisions made during feasibility affect the site plan. Site work affects foundations. Framing affects mechanical systems. Mechanical systems affect finishes. When those pieces are treated as one project instead of unrelated contracts, problems can be identified earlier and decisions can be made with the finished home in mind.
Loren cares about all of it — from what is behind the walls to what the homeowner sees every day. The goal is quality construction and a finished home that represents good value for the person buying or building it.
Whether Epoch is building an entire home or handling one part of a larger project, the standard is the same: do the work right, communicate clearly, and build something we are proud to put our name on.
Epoch Homes NW is based in East Wenatchee and primarily serves the Wenatchee Valley and greater Columbia Valley. We also take on projects throughout the Kitsap Peninsula and beyond when the project is the right fit.
