Three bedrooms plus a studio off the foyer, two full baths and a powder room. The living room carries a cathedral ceiling, and the kitchen runs an island with a walk-in pantry alongside. A 504 SF covered deck opens off the kitchen, and the garage is oversized at 509 square feet.
The exterior is a simple hip roof with brick or stone veneer and bevel siding. Because the home is still ahead of construction, a buyer coming in now has real input on finish selections.
