Epoch Homes NW takes projects from early feasibility, zoning and permits through site work, construction and the last piece of trim. Whether it is a ground-up custom home, an ADU, a major renovation, or one specific phase of construction, we can take on as much of the project as you need.

Epoch Homes NW was founded by Loren Lambert, a licensed master electrician and Washington general contractor with more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience across Washington and Wyoming.

That experience spans new construction, renovations, site development and the individual trades that bring a project together. It means we understand how decisions made during planning and design affect what happens in the field — and how the work completed at one stage affects everything that follows.

We are based in East Wenatchee and build throughout the Wenatchee Valley, the greater Columbia Valley, the Kitsap Peninsula and beyond.

Most homes are built by a dozen companies who never meet each other — we started Epoch to build them the other way.

Whether we are building an entire home or handling one piece of a larger project, the standard is the same: do the work right, communicate clearly, and build something we are proud to put our name on.

Epoch Homes NW is a full-service builder with the construction experience and capabilities to carry a project from early feasibility through finished construction.

But you do not have to hand us the whole house to hire us. If you need a foundation poured, a site graded, an electrical service upgraded, a whole-home renovation, or an ADU built, we can take on an individual scope just as easily as the entire project.

How it works

Start with where you want to end up. You may already own the lot, be looking at one of ours, still need land, or have an existing home that needs to become something different.

We start by understanding the project and the property. From there, we work through feasibility, zoning, permits, scope, schedule and pricing before construction begins.

Then we build. One team stays responsible for moving the project forward from the work in the ground to the final details you see when you walk through the door.
