The Epoch Model is the plan we know best. Single level, three bedrooms, a covered front entry and a covered deck off the back. It is drawn with clean lines and a practical layout that builds efficiently.
Structurally it is a crawl space over stem walls with 2x6 exterior walls — more insulation depth than a 2x4 wall, and easier access to mechanical systems down the road. The garage is oversized at 509 square feet.
The plan is meant to adapt. The Brianna at Chadwick Place is a variation of this base model, reworked for its homesite. Elevations, finish level and the covered entry can all be adjusted, and we price the changes before you commit.
