Epoch Homes NW runs projects from site work through finish, which means the people who work with us get to see a house go up end to end rather than showing up for one stage and leaving. If you like understanding the whole build, that suits.
We are actively looking for licensed electricians and plumbers — journeyman or master, either as employees or as trade partners on bid. We have work in the Wenatchee Valley and on the Kitsap Peninsula, and we would rather build a steady relationship than chase a different crew every job.
We also hire hourly field labor and carpenters, and we work with subcontractors across the other trades. All of it is worth a conversation.
