The Epoch Model is the plan we know best. Single level, three bedrooms, a covered front entry and a covered deck off the back. It is drawn to build efficiently without reading as a builder-grade box.
Structurally it is a crawl space over stem walls with 2x6 exterior walls — more insulation depth than a 2x4 wall, and easier access to mechanical systems down the road. The garage is oversized at 509 square feet.
The plan is meant to adapt. The Brianna at Chadwick Place is a 2,288 SF variation of this base model, reworked for its homesite. Elevations, finish level and the covered entry can all be adjusted, and we price the changes before you commit.
