Epoch has completed the acquisition of Homesites at Nile at 225 N Nile Ave in East Wenatchee, and is currently advancing the property through entitlement.
The project is a three-lot short plat, each lot roughly 100 feet wide along 3rd St NE. The existing home on Lot 1 will remain as a rental. Lots 2 and 3 are planned as future buildable homesites through the entitlement process, with water and sewer already running along the north edge of the property.
Future buyers will have the opportunity to build an Epoch plan or bring another plan appropriate for the homesite. The homesites are not available for purchase yet — join the list and we will let you know when that changes.
