The property at 225 N Nile Ave in East Wenatchee has been acquired and is advancing through Douglas County's short plat process.

The project is a two-lot short plat, each lot with roughly 150 feet of frontage along 3rd St NE. Each lot is planned for a single-family home and an accessory dwelling unit. The existing home on Lot 1 remains, with a new ADU planned beside it. Lot 2 is planned for a new home and ADU. Water and sewer run along 3rd St NE.
