The whole house.
Or just the part you need.

Epoch Homes NW is a full-service builder with the construction experience and capabilities to carry a project from early feasibility through finished construction.

When we manage the entire project, one team stays responsible for moving the work forward from planning and site preparation through construction and finish. But you do not have to hand us the whole house to hire us — if you need one stage of construction, we can take on an individual scope with the same standard we bring to a complete build.

Full-service home building

Custom homes from early feasibility and permitting through site preparation, construction and final finish.

When we manage the entire project, one team stays responsible for moving the work forward from planning and site preparation through construction and finish. That is the version of Epoch we would rather you hire, because it is where the coordination actually pays off.

Includes
  • Custom home construction
  • Preconstruction planning
  • Feasibility
  • Permitting coordination

Site & structure

The work that turns land into a buildable structure.

Site clearing, grading and excavation, then footings, stem walls and flatwork, then the framing that lands on top of it. A foundation poured on a badly prepped site is a problem you pay for twice, so we treat these as one continuous stage rather than three handoffs.

Includes
  • Site work
  • Grading
  • Excavation
  • Concrete
  • Foundations
  • Framing
  • Structural changes

Building systems

Electrical and plumbing work for new construction, renovations and upgrades.

Epoch coordinates licensed electrical and plumbing trade partners as part of the overall project, keeping those scopes aligned with the construction schedule and the rest of the work. On renovations that matters most: old systems are where the surprises live, and getting those trades on site while the walls are open settles the scope early rather than later as a change order.

Includes
  • Electrical service
  • Panels
  • Rough-in
  • Finish electrical
  • Plumbing supply
  • Drain and vent
  • Water heating
  • Fixtures
  • Remodel upgrades

Renovations & conversions

Whole-home renovations, additions, structural changes and conversions.

Not every project starts with bare dirt. Epoch approaches major renovations with the same whole-project thinking we bring to new construction — understanding structure, systems, finishes and how every change affects what comes next.

Includes
  • Whole-house renovation
  • Additions and expansions
  • Structural changes
  • Conversions
  • Kitchen and bath remodels

ADUs & accessory dwellings

Detached cottages, attached units, garage conversions and other ways to create another home on property you already own.

Washington has opened this up considerably, and for a lot of owners it is the most practical way to add a home without buying land. We handle the feasibility check, the permits and the build.

Includes
  • Detached cottages (DADUs)
  • Attached ADUs
  • Garage and outbuilding conversions
  • Feasibility and zoning check
  • Permitting
  • Construction

Finish & millwork

Cabinetry, built-ins, trim, tile and finish carpentry.

The finish is the part you touch every day, and the last chance to get a house right. Carrying construction through to the trim ourselves means the cabinet run is measured against the wall as built rather than against the plan — which is why the reveals line up.

Includes
  • Built-in cabinetry
  • Closet systems
  • Trim and interior finish
  • Tile
  • Finish carpentry

Before the build

Feasibility, zoning review, permitting coordination and early planning.

Feasibility, zoning review, permitting coordination and early planning are part of getting a project to the point where construction can actually begin. If you are starting with land, considering a property, or trying to determine whether a project is feasible, we can help work through those early questions before construction begins.

Includes
  • Feasibility review
  • Zoning and use verification
  • Short plats and lot splits
  • Architectural and engineering coordination
  • Permitting coordination
